Fall is Here. Real Estate Market Still Hot.

The Lake LBJ Area Real Estate market is staying as hot as summer, although we have welcomed the fall and cooler weather. Market trends continue to reflect less inventory, faster pace of sales and rising prices. Buyers remain very active. Off-season does not really exist for our market. Lake LBJ can be enjoyed year round.

Please take a look at the Lake LBJ Market Stats I have posted to my website. They have just been updated thru the 3rd QTR of 2014.
