Located on 650 feet of open water on beautiful, constant level Lake LBJ in the Texas Hill Country, Rio Vista has magnificent trees, large beautiful Lake Houses, Condos, and R/V sites. There are also boat lifts, a fabulous swimming pool, a relaxing hot tub, mini golf course, ping pong table, pool and gorgeous views. Rio Vista Resort has over 50 R/V Sites, many of which are shaded and some with fabulous lake views. All have easy access to the beautiful waterfront park area and to the lake. There is a peaceful, covered pier located within 400 feet of the R/V section, available for fishing or for enjoying the beautiful Texas sunrise. Park benches, picnic tables and BBQ grills are available to all and conveniently located throughout the park.

There are restrooms with hot showers, a laundry room, a recreation room with a full kitchen and a pool table available for our guests. There is also a small workout room and an outdoor ping pong table. Best of all is the large, heated swimming pool, complete with waterfall, and the relaxing hot tub, located near the R/V section. Of course, the pool area is furnished with several lounge chairs and other patio furniture. It is the perfect place for family fun in the Spring and Summer and for Winter Texans in the Fall and Winter.
